PocketBits will support the upcoming Siacoin (SC) network upgrade and hardfork that is scheduled for the 4th of February 2021.
At this time user's need not do anything from their end. The PocketBits Team would handle all the technical requirements on behalf of the users that currently hold Siacoin with us. However, there are some important pointers to take note of :
- Trading of SC would not be affected during this upgrade.
- The scheduled Network upgrade will not result in any new token being created.
- Withdrawals for Siacoin would be paused starting from the 3rd of February 2021 04:00 PM.
- Once the network upgrade is completed and the upgraded network is stable, withdrawals would then be resumed.
