Terms & Conditions for the 2020 New Year Giveaway:
1. Eligibility:
This Giveaway is open for both new as well as existing PocketBits users.
The Campaign is only open to legal residents of India.
Employees of PocketBits, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
In addition, You agree to accept the decisions of PocketBits as final and binding as it relates to the content of this Campaign.
3. Campaign Period:
Entries will be accepted starting on 13th of November 2020 15:00hrs IST and ending on 16th November 2020 23:59hrs IST.
All users that sign up and successfully complete the KYC during this period would qualify for the giveaway.
4. How to Enter:
For Existing PocketBits Users:
Refer a friend or family and stand a chance to win from the prize pool.
Your referral must register and complete their KYC on PocketBits.
Referral must use your User code while signing up.

General Rules:

The entry must fulfil all Giveaway requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.
Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of PocketBits.
You may enter only once.
You must provide all the information requested.
You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules.
If You use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules, your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of PocketBits.
All new users should pass the KYC verification and have a verified account in order to qualify. Merely submission of documents does not guarantee eligibility.
5. Prizes:

6. Winner Selection and Notification:
Prizes will be distributed within five (5) days, following end of the contest period.

PocketBits reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway should virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign.
PocketBits reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Campaign or website or violates these Terms & Conditions.
