PocketBits users can have only one linked bank account at a time.


If for some reason you wish to change your Bank account linked to your PocketBits profile, you can most certainly do the same.


In order to change your Bank account users are required to create a support ticket or send in an email on [email protected]


Kindly ensure that the email is sent from the registered email id only and ensure that you attach proof of the bank account matching the name on your PocketBits profile.


Send in your new bank account details in text format including the following :

Name on the account:
Account number:
IFSC Code:



In addition either one of the following documents would be required for the new bank account that you wish to update on your PocketBits profile.

- Cancelled Cheque 

OR

- Bank statement showing the account holders details

OR

- Passbook front page


Note : Such requests can take up to 48 hours to process. In case of any discrepancy in documentation the requests to change the registered bank account could take longer and our team would follow up with updates on additional requirements.
