There are multiple factors for a Profile Rejection:


1. The Pan or Aadhaar picture uploaded was not of the Original Pan/AadhaarCard, was a Picture with Poor Quality/Xerox or a Black & White copy.

In this case, Kindly take a new picture of your Pan/Aadhaar Card and upload it once again via the My Profile section. The picture does not have to be a Scan, even a usual clear picture from a smartphone will do.

2. The name on Bank account provided and the name on the PocketBits Profile are of different persons.

The name on PocketBits Profile, Pan Card and the Bank Account should be of a single person and not multiple persons.


3. The bank account details provided are incorrect such as wrong IFSC or Account number

Kindly Cross Check and update the correct Details and Submit the Profile request again.
